This project was an evaluation of EDF's assistance to the Caribbean Agricultural Development Institute, with specific reference to the projects concerning pasture seed production, tissue culture of aroids and soil/water conservation. The work also evaluated proposals made for LOME III funding for the production of high quality planting materials for root, cereal and leguminous crops.
