This study organised the storage and market distribution network for agricultural supplies and light equipment, managed by the commercial department of the Co-operative Central Bank of Cyprus, to enable it to improve its overall performance and develop an optimum trading strategy for the future. The project approach was mainly focused on assessing the current organisational structure, and developing an effective business strategy for the "client-service-management" system, and the elaboration of a better management methodology for the "supplier-stock management-storage" chain. This work also necessarily included the introduction of an improved distribution channel and transportation. The study was concluded with a detailed presentation of conclusions, estimated budget for the proposed actions, time-tables for their implementation, and the expected overall profits from the newly engineered system.
